The Process Flow
Upon your enquiry, we will discuss your project requirements and send you a checklist for the required data files.
Upon confirmation of FIT, Fabric, Color & artwork, we proceed with salesman/ Pre-Production samples. Do note that as everything is made from scratch, at times it takes more than 1 round of samples to get all the details right and ready for bulk production.
Once we receive your Data files, we will work out and send you a custom price estimate for your project as a clothing manufacturer
Once you are happy with the samples, we will commence bulk production after we received your approved samples and down payment.
When the bulk production is complete, our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure there are no issues
After the confirmation of the price estimate, We will begin the sourcing process to find suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and will send them to you for selection.
We make an initial sample to incorporate the style, shape, and Fit of the product using stock fabric and get confirmation from you.
1 Week (excluding Transit time)
We will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be shipped to your doorstep. This stage is where the final payment for the balance and shipping will be required before we ship your products.

How do i get a Quote?Pls fill in the Contact form and kindly share the style files you would like to cost. our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
How do sample approvals happen?We require all approved samples to be sent back to our factory to ensure that the production will follow the approved samples exactly and to prevent any miscommunication. The cost of shipping the samples to & fro will be borne by the customers.
Will the sample charges adjusted in bulk?50% of the garment sample charges can be rebated towards the bulk order costs once the bulk order is placed. Sample charges can only be rebated in full if more than 500 pieces are ordered for the design. There is no refund for print, dye, or embroidery unless more than 800 pieces of the sampled design in the sampled color are ordered. *Rebates for sample charges will be credited to the invoice for the production balance.
What Are The Minimum Quantities That I Can Order?As a Clothing Manufacturer, we strive to offer the least possible minimum order requirements in the industry. We do as low as 50 – 100 pieces per COLOUR for 1 DESIGN For custom-developed fabrics, the minimum order starts from 20 kgs / 800 meters per fabric type. Tags, labels, or any other kind of embellishments like stickers, safety locks, zips, buttons, etc can be developed as per your designs and attached to the products manufactured for you. However, all these embellishments do have higher MOQs (in 1000s) and can be stored by us for future use on your following orders.
What are the Lead times?From design to delivery, the whole process usually takes about 3 months. Product development lead-time: 2-3 weeks from the payment of the product development charges and when all the details are confirmed. Sample lead-time: 4-6 weeks from the date once the tech packs are approved, and the purchase of labels/tags/packaging is made unless otherwise stated. Mass production lead-time: 6-8 weeks from the date we received the approved tech packs, payment of deposit, purchase order, labels/tags/packaging in order unless otherwise stated. Lead time depends on the wholeness of data sets provided and clearance of approvals.
How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
What about logistics?We offer different delivery options to suit your budget or requirement. We use various shipping providers like couriers & trusted freight forwarders to ship your orders by either air or sea freight. For orders weighing above 100kg/500 pieces, we offer sea freight options. Do note that transit time varies by delivery location and sea freight takes longer than air freight for delivery. We insist on taking Insurance coverage for the good's to transit
Can you ship to my country?We ship to most locations in the world. shipping rates will be quoted case by case. By default we quote prices on FOB basis.
Does your quote cover Freight Insurance?For shipping, We do not buy insurance by default, so please make sure that you have arranged for the purchase of insurance based on your cargo invoice value to insure your goods against such force majeure occurrences.
What is the mode of Payment?We accept payment via cash*, Bank transfer, LC, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express), and Paypal**. Our preferred payment provider for international payment is Flywire as they offer a better exchange rate than banks. *Applicable only for customers based in India. **For payment by Paypal, there will be an additional 4% surcharge for Paypal fees
What are the Payment terms?Sample stage -100% upfront for courier, sourcing, and sample costs. Resample stage – 25% downpayment before starting on resamples Downpayment for bulk production – After samples are approved, we require a 25% payment to start the bulk production. The balance payment for bulk production – After bulk production is completed, we will require the balance of 50% + shipping charges to be paid. *Rebates for sample charges will be credited to the balance invoice
